As to the cell phone, is it registered in your name? If so, you could always call the police and tell them that your cell phone was stolen and you know who took it. ;)

We lent it to her, since her phone was dead. Now Vern's having issues with his cell& we'd like to have 1 for him to use....and she can't be bothered with us. Since she's on our plan, if she keeps this up, I might just terminate her service& wait for her to complain about it.
