I LOVE how quickly you are updating this - thank you! So legionaires disease - very cool! And we already know that the "ghost" is haunting Dean - leaving him on his own is going to be a very bad thing, I think...
I'm really loving how you are writing Bobby - rings very true for me. And I loved Sam just casually identifying him as their dad - awwwww....
Dean's dream was also excellent - Sam playing poker with Pride and Wrath? Absolutely perfect and spot on -- just excellent.

I am going to leave you to your speculation. I have a really hard time keeping my big trap shut and not spoiling things. (Christmas presents, birthday presents, movie endings... yeah, if there is any chance you think you might talk to me and I see the finale before you? You're sunk. Just clobber me over the head and run)

That said.

I'm glad Bobby rings true. Sam with Bobby, it's something I had a lot of fun exploring in this fic.

I hadn't been expecting it either, to be very honest.

Originally (as is very obvious by it being "oh, hey, plot"), this started out as pure H/C, unadulterated sick!Dean. And then I was like...Oh, Legionnaire's would be interesting. And then I was like, well, what if it was caused by the original outbreak?

Questions begot humongous fic. We are pretty much exactly halfway through it, so I'm hoping it keeps your interest that long as I continue to edit like mad.

Rambling completely aside, I'm glad we're in mutual admiration. <3

I've been way too lazy about reviewing what is a truly awesome fic! Sam and Dean are pitch perfect in their exasperated affection for each other, and now a proper case too! Fantastic writing and so prolific too!
