I am going to be joining a gym called Crunch today. I had a free visit last week with my SIL, Lady Fair. I need to go to a gym because it will help my health. (Dur-hey.) It started snowing here at 3pm. They said it would be 1" - 3". Yet it also decided to rain. A LOT. And rain tomorrow. Yay. I have to go get a spot of Who Knows What removed from my shoulder tomorrow morning for lab analysis, which is a fun way for spending my late father's birthday. Did I mention it will be raining?

My arm still as an issue and now my spine has an issue as well. Seems I have something where there's a liquid bubble between discs in your spine, and some of them are disappearing in my lower lumbar, causing great pain. I am falling apart, my pumpkins.
