By now the YA world is divided into two camps over Breaking Dawn. No, wait, let's use Twilight lingo and call them teams: Team Breaking Dawn and Team Broken Down. I know which team I'm down with. Have you read it? Which team are you on?

i loved it actually, it wasnt as amazing as i expected, cus it was pretty predictable nbut i abs. loved it.
the movie looks really good too, but of course any book that comes from a really loved book, will have its flaws.. i mean, Cedric Digory? i dunno.. the cast looks great but ill always picture them as they are in my head..

I'm part of Team Broken Down, definitely. Haven't finished the book yet, but it's been such a disappointment. I'm trying to understand my feelings of disdain for this book. I keep reading, thinking words like "contrived," "conventional," "first draft," "gratuitous," etc...I just can't get beyond the ridiculousness of certain scenes, and the easy way Bella's Vamp life unfolds. I think it just bothers me that the hype over this book is surpassing the quality of writing people might otherwise demand and deserve. Oh well. To each her own. But I'm not even thrilled about the movie anymore.
