It's possible the unverse was paying too much attention to me rhapsodising about swimming in the lake last week, since it's now made two attempts to recreate the experience now I'm back at home and work

Eeew! I dread to think why it was smelly...

I gave up, and bought a flapjack when I got back to work.

Most cereal bars are essentially flapjacks anyway, so that seems like a valid breakfast.

Yeah, the plumbing was done by a muppet :-( It wasn't sewage, thankfully, just water that had been sitting around for a long time, but the whole office stinks of it now.
