See, I told you my memory was getting worse, I didn't even do this the last two years.
1. What did you do in 2013 that you'd never done before?
Bought a house!
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My sister in law and Sara's sister in law. We both because first-time uncles and aunts.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope
5. What countries did you visit?
Just Canada.
6. What would you like to have in 2014 that you lacked in 2013?
Nicer things in my house. A raise.
7. What date(s) from 2013 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Maybe not the day I actually bought the house, but the day I decided to.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Oh look, another house buying answer!
9. What was your biggest failure?
Failing to throw a housewarming party in the 6 months we've owned the house.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I got some confluenza a couple times but nothing too serious.
11. What was the best thing you bought?

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Sara's family is always pretty awesome.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My dad's side of the family, I can't believe how much more dysfunctional they seem every year.

I don't get excited about anything anymore.

I think this was the first year we started doing a capella Chocobo music in the car?

ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner, but not by an appreciable amount

Stay at home on days with nothing better to do

Visited Sara's family, then had Sara over to see my Dad's side of the family.

I'm sure there were some good movies I saw this year, but I don't remember which was the best. Despicable Me was better than I thought it'd be.
