My body hates me.
Insomnia of a great degree - I was up until 5 in the morning, then crashed until 2. Needless to say, I missed my classes today. Also, I woke up and my boss had called me 3 times in 2 minutes, but didn't leave any messages. Weird...

My main problem is that I have a natural sleep schedule of 10 hours asleep to 20 or more awake. If I could do that, there would be no issue... but I will stay awake later and later every night, until I either don't sleep one night, or crash at 10 pm like I did tonight (and wake up again at 2? I have no idea what's going on, but I'll live).
Someone recommended sunlamps to me though, to boost my natural melatonin production. Sounds sketchy, but maybe...
I really don't care when I'm awake and when I'm asleep, as long as I'm not missing class or work. That scares me.
