Is this pertaining to section 3.2.04 of the Handbook for JBALI(Jaded, Bitter, and Loving It)?

Because section 3.2.05 definitely adds an exception - "In the case where a member is coerced on a double date by a person who holds authority over the member (i.e., a supervisor or boss), then association with the forbidden is allowed"
