Budak PantaiWhat can I say? It's been at least 2.5 years since I was at a Budak performance. There were new Budak songs (which were inimitably fabulous) but it was vintage Budak: I cannot help but remember how enjoyable it is to laugh with them, with an audience that is ready and willing to appreciate them. What a Fri night.... Agreed! BP was really entertaining =) and Mezebar was indeed expensive (although I want more fondue...yum).
Not to forget... the heart-shaped fireworks amidst the gotham-esque sg skyline with rolling clouds.

Yes, that was some spectacular skyline with the clouds! :) If it hadn't been threatening to rain the whole night, we would never have gotten that view, wow.

Thanks! Congrats on the anniversary, hon, the pics look great. Has it been that long already??? Time really flies. :)

What a pity! Actually I only decided that day to join the gang there, when I didn't have to go for a company function anymore. Hence the perk of being with people who know people. :)

And what a perk it is. I caught them at the Esplanade in late Dec, but it just wasn't the same.. their banter and corny wit really works best in the cosy (and slightly humid and sticky) rooftop of the YMCA :P

Thanks babe, strangely enough, it *has* been officially a year. But then there was all the long distance and accompanying uncertainty. I guess I'm really just happy that we've made it work through so many trying circumstances.
