EveryWoman letter

First off, thank you for writing for me! I'm super excited for this exchange, and I hope you are too.

So, some general likes/dislikes to start you off!

Things I like: Morally grey or conflicted/troubled characters, femslash, complicated and intense relationships, backstories, worldbuilding and exploration of other cultures and societies, hurt/comfort, action, smut, and AUs of the alternate-setting type, such as cyberpunk, noir, high fantasy, etc. Not so into coffeeshop AUs and similar settings, unless they're set in space or everyone is secretly a superhero or something.

Things I'm not crazy about: scenes with animal cruelty (not including hunting for food and such) and fluff. I don't have any triggers. Other than that...go wild, honestly. I read and enjoy a lot of different things.

For smut, I am capable of reading pretty much any kink and enjoying it. Generally, though, I really like any type of power imbalance, whether physical, mental, or formal D/s, and any kinks that work off that dynamic (whether consensual or dub-con). Any kind of porn is awesome, though!

One more note: I talk briefly about shipping preferences, but I am equally a fan of gen, so no pressure one way or the other!

Marvel 616
Natasha Romanov, Yelena Belova

I love to see Natasha at her most emotionally complicated, and, while I love for her to be happy, too, I love investigating her darkness. Play with it as much as you want. As far as Yelena goes, a lot of what I find fascinating about her is that jealousy, that drive to achieve, to be the best Black Widow there ever was, so anything about that would be great. She also has a female friend she talks to in the beginning of Pale Little Spider - seeing her interact with her fellow spies while in training (or just her in training, actually!) would be wonderful. I also ship these two like crazy, so if you're inclined to take it that way, feel free!

Marvel Cinematic Universe
Jane Foster, Pepper Potts

Jane/science is my OTP. I'd love to read about her and how she became interested in astronomy, at what point she started to look at things differently than everyone else, and how she enjoyed her crackpot reputation. Or ooh, what about Jane, science, and the realization that magic is real (for a certain definition of the word)? Getting into that would be cool, especially in light of her experiences in Thor 2. I love technobabble, so feel free to throw in as much of that as you'd like. Jane receiving superpowers from the Aether or elsewhere would also be awesome. I ship Jane with women and with Loki.

In the end of Iron Man 3, Pepper gains superpowers. I'd love to see what she does with them! By this, I mean I'm both interested in how she reacts to them internally (how she feels about them, if they change her view of herself, how they impact the way she looks at the world), and if she uses them in any way (Pepper the superhero!). I'd also really dig dark!Pepper as a lawful evil supervillain, pre- or post-powers. I ship Pepper/any lady.

Star Trek: AOS
Gaila

Remember how I said I loved worldbuilding? Well, I would really love seeing Orion culture from Gaila's POV, and what her life was like growing up immersed in that culture. I am equally interested in Orions as separate from Federation culture or integrated within it. You can keep previous Star Trek canon or throw it out the window; it's an alternate universe, after all! Alternately, mirrorverse!Gaila. I ship her with literally everyone, including characters that aren't technically in AOS yet.
