Allow me to clear up a misconception that you seem to have. I am not the architect of the problems you are having there. I'm not at fault and I refuse to be the person that you blame. As for going to HR, that might be an option. I would suggest that you calm down and then approach HR in an adult frame of mind. Write out what your complaints are and then talk to them.

HR does not have to listen to you vent any more than I do. I listen simply because I'm your friend and because I give a shit. Don't mistake my caring about you as a willingness to be abused. If you were anyone else I would have simply fired back at you. Keep that in mind before you get upset again.
