So, in the last couple of months my joints have started to ache and hurt and keep me up at night. Now about ten years ago when I was 19 I got rheumatoid arthritis, and lets just say...it was NOT a high point in my life. One thing that has helped me is exercise. So impulsively I went one day, and BAM instant love.
But yea, i needed some arobics and stuff to increase the heart rate, metabolism, and warm up the joints. If knitting could do that, I would so learn to knit cause at least i wouldn't be breaking a sweat and stinking the joint up as I do with Kazaxe.

I'd love to do something like that if I could do it as a big thing at a gym, but there is no such thing nearby. :(
