Title: connect; disconnect
Pairing: Sho x Aiba (Sho x Nino, Sho x Jun, Sho x Ohno)
Word Count: 3400+
Rating: pg-13 for lang
Notes: Angst. Character death. AU. Um, one of the odder things I’ve written, probably. Blame finals lol? Un-edited.
Summary: Aiba's assigned to a man who wants to die.

( “If it’s what you really want,” the man starts out hesitantly, fingers catching against Sho's sweater as he draws the syllables out, “I can help you die tomorrow.” )

I feel so sorry for Sho and even sorrier for Aiba. :(((

This reminded me a lot of kos-mos26's ohmiya fic, but instead of them falling in love poor Aiba has to kill suicidal Sho.

This is such well written, bb. I normally don't read SakurAiba unless it's a secondary pairing, but see that ShoNino over there? Yeah, I crave for AnyoneNino fics. :D

He imagines Masaki stiffening, just so, lips rounded and glistening.

First off, I love this sentence. Not because it's Aiba's lips, or any of that fangirl crap, but just the imagery. It reminded me of when Jen from Dawson's Creek would pause between her speals and her lips were always wet, and it just always reminded me of innocence... Or something. This made perfect sense in my head.

Anyway, yes, great story. The best One-Shot I've read in a while, and a perfect example of Character Death. The way you had it end when Sho's life ended; no "Aiba stood there, crying," or whatever, because it's all about Sho's life. And once that's over, everything's over.

Gyahahaa~ too much wierdness, sorry >.< Just wanted to say how much I like your fic. I really, really do.

And as inappropriate as this icon is, it fits near the middle of the story!
