Follow the sound of metal on metal, and you'll find Triv. She's stripped down to a breastband, wrap skirt and a leather apron, and is hammering on a sword blade. The blast furnace is roaring, and even with the way the forge is designed to catch the sea breeze, it's hotter than Hades.
She looked up as Alec approached, and gave him a grin and the blade a few last blows before dropping it into the barrel of water at her side and shutting the door on the blast furnace.
She takes a long drink from a thermos she's got set where it won't get in the way of work, and flops on a bench, wiping her face with the towel waiting there. "Yeah, I know. So, anything in particular that's been going on, or just the usual people being stupid and keeping you busy because of it?"
He waves a hand some, "A little of both." He scratches his nose absently. "Jono's been getting all upset whenever I have to leave and has been threatening to come with me which is driving all the priests up the wall because the Oracle can't leave the city, gods forbid."
