You know, I really liked your use of the hedge, and I'm not just talking about the renowned "Perverted hedge" bit (though I won't deny that I giggled).

The hedge shivers and I can see the dark sky when I look up.

I don't know why, exactly. I'll have to think on it a bit. But your use of the hedge in moments like this feels very erotic to me. I loved the descriptions of the setting in general.

Really wonderful though. It reminds me why I fell in love with your writing to begin with. I read a number of your stories on various archives (restricted section, I think another website too) back in the day when I was a terrible reviewer (as in never did it) and now I need to go through and insert the appropriate squees and reactions.
