Diet. Too much?

This is odd. I've been a reasonably good girl today, and from the looks of it, I've overdone it. Total calorie consumption including wine and a whisky: 990 kCal. This is just not enough - explains why my head was so muddled earlier on; its a carb crash in a grandé stylee.

I think the simple issue is, am I going low fat or low carb? I basically did ( Read more... )

Personally I get the best results with low-carb and reasonable fats. Of course, that's way, way harder for me, and that's probably *why* that's what gets me losing weight.
