Today was better than yesterday, due in part to getting some goddamn sleep. I also ate more, which is apparently a good thing, though it still feels all bass-ackward.
9:00 Pecans - many (twice normal, its breakfast after all)
10:00 1 Hershey Kiss (these are tiny)
10:30 Geobar blueberry & Raisin (130kcal 1.5g protein 25g carb/16g sugar, 2.7g fat/1.9 saturates, 0.9g fibre, 0.02g sodium)
12:30 500 ml bottle of Diet Coke lemon/lime
12:30 Small Salad - lettuce, beans, tomato pasta w/ mushrooms, stirfry veges, carrots, cucumber, vinaigrette - tablespoon (not low fat :O)
13:00 Tea w/ sugar
13:50: falling asleep, weak limbs.
14:00 Took a walk around the building, climbed 3 flights of stairs to try and jump start my metabolism. Hungry, so I have a banana.
15:30 another Kiss. Bad Shevy.
15:30-16:00 A bottle of water.
16:39 Hot chocolate - but only a small cup of the extra watery stuff they have in the vending machine.
19:00 the rest of my Chicken & Chickpea curry - slightly bigger portion than yesterday; also glass of water
21:00 another banana
Total was about 1750 kCals, which is about what I'm supposed to be aiming for. I'm still bloody hungry though so I'll prolly grab some nuts before bad. Maybe a small slice of low-fat cheese. I worry about my salt intake actually, I think its been low due to... not eating any salt. Finishing up the day with some salted nuts. Night all!
