Finally today came, lasdt day of football camp this week. Time to tak e abreak and just sit back and rest from it all now. After practice today I came home and iced my knee becuase I am almost positive that I stressed a muscle or tendon on the back of my knee bcause it is all swollen and I can barley walk, and when I bend it it sends a burning
