Tolerance
I'm getting really frustrated with my groups. I'm trying really hard to deal with it by pumping myself up - you know, not everyone can be as smart and hardworking as me. Not everyone is a good leader. But I don't get why people try to be... maybe they think that they are. Really they're just bitchy bosses

I'm so glad i haven't had any group work yet, John is doing some group project right now and I'm hearing the EXACT same sort of thing from him:
"I just had a meeting we decided everything and then this bitch e-mails us and changes everything, who does she think she is!"
On the plus side...only a month and a bit left! yeah!!!
