President Bush headed for his home state as the storm closed in.

Haha. It's great. The BBC news site said:

The president was due to watch preparations in Texas on Friday, but his spokesman promised he would not get in the way.

Awww, but the poor kid's trying so hard to do things right! Maybe we ought to give him some cookies and milk and send him up to his room. I'll go up to read him a story later.
