Hmmm...I'd like to hear the inspiration behind this one.

well, my professor offered an extra credit assignment. She said we could write a short story or poem about someone having a relationship with an element of nature...a mountain, a tree, the ocean, whatnot. And later that night, Andi showed me a video called Children of Leningradski (I totally recommend everyone to watch it. It might be on youtube) about Russian street children. So I had this idea tossing around in my head. In class the next day, I had forgotten to write something, so I quickly scrawled this out and handed it in. 4.0! Yay!

What do you think I mean when I say usual?

Its like a comfortable little nook with a couch, that is broken, but still very plesent to sit in. A safe place where you can just hang out with your friends, the place where you normally go to meet up with them and eat blue sea salt ice cream.

You know...the usual spot.
