I feel like I'm acting. I'm all dressed up in grown-up drag and I'm talking on the phone about all this legal stuff and I feel like I don't really know what any of it means. It's like lines from a script in a foreign language that have been spelled out phonetically, and I'm just playing a part.

I guess it's like Shakespeare said in As You Like It:

"All the world's a stage,
and all the men and women merely players.
They have their exits and their entrances,
and one man in his time plays many parts,
his acts being seven ages"

And he said that 400-something years ago! So yeah, we're all doomed!
