This has been a unique week, as two things have changed for me. First, I bought another car, finally replacing the 1984 model Buick Regal I'd been driving for nearly 2 years. aww jon that's terrible about the flag. but here's what you do:
you take down the american flag, and run up a pair of white boxers with the good ol' maple leaf printed on it. attached to the bottom of the pole, you leave a note saying, "it's still prettier than the last one you put up there. now give me back my flag!"
at least, that's what i would do, if i were canadian, eh!

Deo gratias, the flag has been returned. It was some church members who were joking. I find it funny now, but it would have been easier knowing for sure that it wasn't some person I don't know who had something against Canada. :-)

Blessings to you as you take up residence in the northern portion of the state. Hope that the transition is smooth. And best to your Danish flag efforts...at least you're not French. :-)
