Tron dismounted his lightcycle and made his way over to his fallen User. Alan-One had not de-rezzed; a feat, as a lightcycle crash of such magnitude would normally have de-rezzed any Program on the Grid. But he could see even as he approached that Alan-One was badly damaged. He lay crumpled on his side, his arms wrapped protectively across his chest. There was red liquid - blood, Flynn had once told him - coming from several breaks in his User’s skin. Tron knelt beside Alan-One and very gently touched his shoulder ( ... )

Tron managed to gracefully juggle his User and somehow open the passenger side door of his User’s car. He eased Alan-One into the car, catching one of his User’s long legs on the door frame as he did so. Alan tried, unsuccessfully, to stifle the scream that came from him ( ... )

For future reference, please just put a link to your fill in the comment, and don't link until the fic is complete. This makes the post less crowded and allows the reader to choose whether or not to read the story.
