As always, Sam knows Alan is in his apartment before he even lays eyes on the older man. He knows because the air feels different. It hums with a certain… electricity that’s missing when Alan’s not there. He also knows because he’s been in trouble tonight - again - and Alan never fails to beat him home when he’s been in trouble. “Hello, Alan,” he says without ceremony as he flings his jacket over a high-backed wood chair that doesn’t match the rest of the chairs at his dining table and strolls through the darkness toward the living area of his studio apartment ( ... )

In the real world Sam is told to keep Rinzler under control while Kevin and Alan try to find a way to bring Tron back. During this time they're stuck together, which is awkward and annoying for Sam at first. But eventually they grow fond of each other and sweet/cute things happen.
After months of unsuccessful rebooting and everything Kevin and Alan agree that Rinzlers programming is irreversible. And Rinzler is too unstable and dangerous to stay in the real word.
Permanent shutdown is in order. I'd like this from Sams pov, please give me lots of angst! :-) Bonus points if Kevin assigns Sam to put Rinzler "to sleep" (Kitty!Rinzler on the brain sorry lol) and Rinzler doesn't resist because he completely trusts Sam and doesn't think he'd harm him.

"After "reintegration" Flynn finds himself shockingly still alive in the Grid: awesome. The not so awesome part is there now some bits of CLU's memory and personality poking into his thoughts.
He keeps trying to repair Tron but the CLU part of him keeps wanting to hold the program down and do verybadthings to it. Worse is he can "remember" doing it before.
Still-mostly-Rinzler WANTS the verybadthings but Tron is totally freaked out."

I'm the OP and I still want this liek!burning. Basically, Clu reads the other character's disc and exploits their kinks. Make it Jarvis, Tron or Quorra and OP will love you forever A bit of dark is okay, but no noncon plz.
BP: It ends with Clu topping the other character, who begs for it <3
