Wow, this was so wonderfully clever. I was amazed how you were able to get me to sympathize and care about such a destructive creature.

I was surprised by both twists...he was his own mother and that he could finally fly.

And so it continues..for, as you said, he is still hungry.

I loved the twists of this sand worm. The basic sandworm, possibly based on "Dune", became so much more under your pen.

This was AMAZING! I love how you manage to get the reader to fall in love with a giant horrific monster. At the end, I was just so happy for Leonard that it almost escaped me that there is now a giant horrific flying monster going around devouring people. Great work! :)

I love this soooo much!!! It's like a wonderful adult take on The Very Hungry Caterpillar, but I just laughed and laughed my way through it. Your voice for Leonard is so well done, I couldn't help but sympathize with him over the idiotic humans. I love, too, that his realization that he is infinite is the awakening that turns him into a creature of flight! This was so much fun, thank you!!
