omg foie gras... i'm guessing you had it with a sauterne? kevin and i were sauterne-hunting in makati last november. ANG MAHAL. almost 2,000Php in ralph's (only place we found it). hayyrrett.

oh god. those langoustines look awesome. i'd have those first THEN the bouillabaisse.
