Is smoking weed a legit interpretation of the first topical? Or are we strictly talking about cigarettes?

Weed, cigars, pipes, anything "smokable" is fine :)

So here I am, bearing another silly question. In the villain category, is it okay to submit an icon of a character that was only "parttime" villain/evil, like, let's say, Juliet Burke of LOST?

You're more then welcome to ask all the silly questions you can think of! :D
And this one isn't silly at all! I'd say yes. I included a cap of Pierce from Community in the reminder, and he was the evil one only in that episode. :)
