I've decided to I wanna do what it takes to lose weight or really lose fat.

I've been the same weight for about 5 months which is 54Kg but i don't know how many Ibs cos i'm from Australia.

But recently I've been putting alot of wobbly weight on around the tummy. N i wanna lose it asap!

It'll be great to have some friends to support. :)

Having a bad day today, everythings turning to shit once again. Micheal is flirting with other gurls and in front of me. I'm thinking he don't like me anymore...what am i going to do?
Do i try harder to get him or do i just forget about it. I tend feel incomplete when i'm not lost in a lust with a boy.
Does anyone have any advice?
