Strategic staircase? Granularity? How do people come up with these phrases?

LOL! i absolutely hated the "touch base" phrase, my boss use it all the time. i'm like... touch what?

and that whole "pre-plan" part, it just means let's plan it before meeting the big boss and cover our asses first. strategic staircase should have been strategic escalator!

We have something called pre-Board, which is the meeting before The Board Meeting.

I'm guilty of "touch base" and some other horrific phrases. Can't help it; when in Rome, do as Romans do. But nothing will ever make me say, "i'll revert."
