Why are things always going downhill?

The kids broke the jogging stroller

I fixed the front door and now it is worse.

I showed up several minutes early for my 9:30am shift today. Yay! I wasn't late. Boo, my shift was supposed to start at 10am...

SIGH

Sometimes I hate me.

A friend of mine said, "So our double stroller got stolen." They have three kids; the first two are about 10 months apart, hence the double.
"How did it get stolen?" I asked.
"Well, you know where we live..." (near Vilas in an area full of crazy football fans several weekends every fall) "...some drunks apparently went for a ride in it. It was out on our front walk."
"You don't seem too upset," I pointed out.
"Oh," he said, "Patrick" (oldest) "is too big for it now anyway, and Sean's getting that way... and frankly it's one less giant thing to try to fit in my garage!"

Yeah, this jogging stroller wasn't fitting too well in the garage either. But then again yesterday I to carry Toddlerzilla the 3 blocks to D's friend's house because he was sleepy.

Then I had to carry him back home because I had forgotten to put his shoes on when I left the house!

But I am in no way buying a 7th stroller. Not! This is like Jeanne and toasters!

I suspect the girls, with G pushing; or maybe all four kids? Or else an accident with the neighbor's car. (Last I saw the stroller, it was on the ground between the driveways.)
