I am Shikibu Seiju, standing retrieval officer in a joint union
of the Asylum and Prison stationed here. Due to the recent
travesties and influx of criminal activity a unit was established
in order to combat certain individuals, if you do not get the hint.
I am speaking of the ‘Joker’ and any little puppets working along
side of him.
I am part of a unit which is referred to as ROT.
The name isn’t of my choosing but stands for the following:
Retrieval of Trash.
I suppose someone has a bit of a sense of humor.
But getting back to the point at hand, it has been asked
of me to seek out any other officers interested in joining
a organized place in the Unit ROT.
