As far as my knowledge goes, these are all good picks. As for the soundtracks, that's really hard. It's difficult to compare the soundtracks of Silent Hill (which is really just the score), Tenacious D (rock opera songs), and Grandma's Boy/Jackass (great, random songs--queer boy!). They're all great in their own way. From a biased standpoint, my favorite is of course Silent Hill, because it's rare for me to listen to a score and be entertained. But then again, it also reminds me of playing the games, and that makes me smile. Haha.

Which reminds me! I found this glorious site. All of the ambient tracks from at least the first two games--the spookiest tracks that didn't make the official soundtracks. I am so happy. My inner nerd is shouting for joy.
