I've been training for a marathon now for just over a year. In that time, I've run 3 half marathons officially and now am reaching the point in my training where I am running more than 13 miles every weekend. Well, at least hypothetically. I've also had knee problems that have limited the long runs, so the last 3 weeks were all around 11 miles
