Please, do not take the blame upon yourself. It seems that the Pokemon simply... take to battling each other, if only to protect themselves. The ones that are defeated aren't permanently harmed, so it is merely a bit of healthy competition.

You're a very kind person for worrying for the other Pokemon, but it's not truly necessary.
