i initially got on to descsribe the many maligment moments of today, when, upon putting fingertips to keyboard, i heard, for the first time, this song i had downloaded, and another seriously intense musical moment ensued, which has been occuring a lot lately. these have been good days as of late. but, the lyrics made my lungs squeeze together too

i haven't heard this song, but i always thought the avenues' song Flood at the Station (is that title correct?) sounded a lot like the decemberists.

yeah, you know, last night was the first time i heard these guys, and i can definitely see a similarity in Flood At The Station. crazy. i love these guys. i downloaded three of their songs from Insound, including this one, and was floored....
