Today I washed a stack of 53 trays in less than 20 minutes. I was so efficient feeding those bad boys through the washing machine, I even had several seconds to stand around and do NOTHING each time as I waited to jam the next pallet in. On the lighter side of working, my two lunches (don't tell management) included Sushi, some really cool
