This is Melanie (Larom's LJ-less friend) may I ask why you did not purchase the eight seats next to the stage at tables 600/602 or 601/603? Just curious...

Actually, when I looked at it. I don't seem to recall them being available... but I probably missed that.
In retrospect, I think we may be better off where we are though. Just looking at the fact that the entire other side of the restaurant is sold out... meaning that those folks probably know how it will get laid out. I'm thinking that those seats would have us looking that the sides of heads. Not necessarily a bad thing... but a thing perhaps.
The other part that I'm thinking of is that I've actually had bad luck being right up on the stage. In many cases you're too close to see what's going on. But then again, who knows... it could be that I just simply screwed up... which again... is quite possible.
The outspoken and very opinionated Melanie will graciously accept the ticket as is. ...but she feels she knows the venue "very well" and that if we could switch tickets to be closer to the stage, it would not to be our detriment. ...other than the potential hassle of doing so. So it needn't be done, but could be.

I'll see what I can do about switching them... However, I'm not sure it's even possible. If you or the "outspoken" one has an idea, how... I'm open to hear it.
