Hey...your mom said something about you not even being able to come home for October...is that true?

No... not true as far as I know... I mean - anything can happen, but as far as I know I'm good for October. Maybe she misunderstood something I said the last time we talked? Or you misunderstood what she said? Or both?

I asked her if you were coming home, and she said you weren't sure because of whatever was happening with the Korea/Iraq situation. I dunno.

Hah - no problem. ;) I got the e-mail. And the reason you don't remember that is because I've probably never said that to you. I told my family several times not to send me that stuff, though... I'd like to actually hear from them now and then - but that doesn't seem feasible as an expectation.
