Fuck. Not surprising though - the market is crazy these days. If you thought it was great, someone else did too. Just get all your ducks in order so that you can jump on something when you find it. And if you have to hold over in your house, then fuck them. People like us don't like to break the rules, but if you have nowhere else to go, then let them try to evict you. At least it will buy some time.
