I am in search of regional-type local bands (cover a 1-4 state area, get radio airplay, sell merch, strong following, etc.) - preferably those NOT signed to a major label, but indie labels should be fine.  We're basically trying to build a stronger presence with mid-market bands like these and some of the newer bands we've added to our site.  As
