Well according to my bank I am a bad risk of credit. ANd as of the 18th my account has been closed. I find out today after I check my mailbox. On the 23RD! JFC MAN! FIVE FUCKING DAYS LATER! I have been writing checks! That's over three buissness days! Do those fucktards not comprihend that in one day a check is debited then sent back in that SAME

You're bank has a duty to notify you in good time of any closures..isn' that a breach of contract or something?

Ohh, or use the one I leanred from my mom. In a very polite, calm, and friteningly forceful voice explain what happened (pick some low-down teller and work your way up with this so oyu can build momentum). Then ask if "And is this fair to me? Is this what this bank deems is good business? And the people who now have to deal with those cheque, how is this fair to them? etc. ad naseum. Try to do it in fornt of other customers (especially the explaining bit)

Well the matter is being resolved as I type. *phone conversation with bank prez no less* They stated my account id open and I've gone in and verified such. So if this is some joke or one hell of a clustermess they have going I'm not laughing.
