Well that's his reaction to hacking the US defense network. He gets all excited, and the angles they use to film it looks like he's getting freaky with a server.

Starscream didn't have time to be rebellious or treacherous, it was near constant fighting to get the magical cube

There were two instances where Scream showed his colors. The F22 that was flying too low (Him) fired on megatron. Before that he said straight to megatrons face he'd get the cube. But not for megatron.
