I am embarrassed to say I thought he was already dead. And my god, the Wyeth family, it was like a guarantee one would become some kind of artist:

Yeah, I've always thought of that painting as depicting a young girl stuck on some family farm out in the prairie states, longing to get away and go somewhere more exciting.
