30 has been a lot like 29 so far, so that's good.... :)

And I will spoil myself in a couple of days... I'm going to Puerto Vallarta on vacation for a week... can't wait

so far so good.... no loss of hair and no gray hairs either....
maybe with one or two extra pounds but oh well....

It hurst to think that now you age starts with a 3 instead of a 2... but I can't complain, so far 30 has been pretty good. But hopefully time will expand and go very very slowly because I'm in no rush to get to 31.
