Finally got a scrip for sleeping pills. I don't want to use them much. Sometimes it's not easy to relax or shut off the brain chatter and I end up getting only a couple of hours of sleep. I am at work until 2PM when I have the indistinct pleasure of dealing with the DMV for the car's transfer to me. I anticipate having no more success than I had last month getting things in order.
