The corridors of the castle were largely empty but for the servants going about their daily tasks, here and there one of them stopping to eye the unfamiliar Sidhe who meandered through their demesnes with one hand trailing over the tapestries. Even these simple beings could tell that there was something different from other Sidhe about this fey

Ah yes. You hadn't seen that yet. One aspect of the tattoo treasure grants him an emulation of Black Metamorphosis (I2 Obtenebration), which means he turns into a thing that's half shadowy/prismatic dragon half Sidhe in a way that's utterly terrifying in appearance, and grows an extra set of limbs.
