flashDlig is the name of the font I use :-) and for my ribbon just highlight it to copy it and then make sure you paste it as "paste" not the "paste as plaintext" and you should be able to get it....then afterwords though after you do a space of whatever make sure you change your wording to the font that you want to use otherwise it comes out as symbols :-P Hope this helps you out...sorry I fell asleep last night :(
