It's a similar job (only more development than support), for a very similar company, very near to where I am now. They're an actual IT company, rather than a company with an IT department, though, which should make a difference.

Make sure it's an odd number of crossings, otherwise they cancel each other out...

Remember then the formula is -

2) Red
1) Colourless.
Tap both to raise the fireball.
