I love Lugh! He's my favorite :) Actually, I love all the Tuatha de Danaan. I've got books on the mythic cycles if you'd like to look at them. Particularly fun gods/heroes are Cuchulainn, the son of Lugh in the Ulster Cycle, and Bres, who was a half-Formorian king of the Danaan, son of Eiru of the Three Sisters. The Three Sisters are also neat; Ireland was named after them (Eiru, Banba, and Fodla are poetic names for Ireland), and they were married to the three Kings of the Danaan: Mac Greine, Mac Cuill, and Mac Cecht. The Kings were the last Danaan kings of Ireland before the Milesians came, and they were also the slayers of Lugh (the bastards...).
The Mythological Cycle is the best source for actual Danaan stories, but the Ulster cycle is also good for heroic deeds. Stories of the Milesians and their kings (particularly Amergin the druid) are equally great, particularly because they deal with the decline of the Danaan and the rise of humanity.
...So, yeah. I know a lot about the Tuatha de Danaan. Sorry for babbling :)
Let's see what I remember. First off there is no such God as Beilebog, he is a romantic christian invention. Zerneboh (Czernobog) is the black God and so they made up a white God. The Slavs also have no love God. If you're interested, Wendish Mythology: Divinities and Religious Practices of the Western Slavs, Stephen E. Flowers. RunaRavenPress. Good Luck with the campain!
